Brown Family & Mark McGuinn to Hit The Road with Palm Harbor for RAB
The Remember Alex Brown Tour is hitting the road to promote the new song by Mark McGuinn called ‘Til You Got Home as well as the episode of Extreme Makeover Home Edition airing on Jan 30th at 8:00 PM EST (7 Central) as a special two hour episode featuring Palm Harbor Homes’ second home built for Extreme Makeover. But the ultimate purpose of the entire tour is to raise awareness and money for the Remember Alex Brown Foundation to stop texting and driving. Come meet the Brown family and hear their story in person – and see up close what can happen when you text and drive.

| Tickets For Benefit Concerts Tickets for the benefit concerts are on a first come first serve basis – due to space limitations at the venues. To be guaranteed a ticket, you can donate $7 or more to the Remember Alex Brown Foundation and you will be automatically added to the guest list. - Tyler, TX, Tuesday January 25 – The Tour hits Bossier City, LA and Tyler TX on January 25th. The tour will be making a stop at our Palm Harbor Home sales centers in Bossier City, LA and Tyler TX.

This concert will be a huge celebration for all!!! Starts at 5 PM at Blue Light Live in Lubbock TX with the BBQ, the concert will start at 6 PM with a break between sets at 7 PM to watch Extreme Makeover on the big screen with the Brown family. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis. To get tickets in advance, simply donate $7 or more to the Remember Alex Brown Foundation and we will automatically add you to the guest list.

We will be hosting an Open House Promo at all Palm Harbor locations to show off the Brown family’s floor plan that we built for the Extreme Makeover episode airing on January 30th.
Move That Bus – The Song
Nashville recording artist Mark McGuinn wrote a song inspired by Alex’s story called ‘Til you Got Home. Half of the proceeds of each song will go to research to finding a cure for ALS.
For your donation of $25, we will send you 10 orange RAB Thumb Bands, shipped to the address on your Paypal account.

We all sat down as a family and watched Extreme Makeover – Remember Alex Brown Story- we were all so touched by this families strengh. Having a 13 and 14 year old neice living with us I feel this story and message to not text and drive is so important. We are maiking a donation and taking the pledge. How could we purchase the orange rings as reminders to NOT TXT and DRIVE? God Bless the Brown family and all others who are suffering the loss of a loved one.
I would love to have this tour come east to Delaware. We may be one of the smallest states, but our high school is the largest in the state. We have about 2000 students grade 9-12. We have 4 drivers education teachers and a lot of students who need to have an eye opener like this. I was so touched by the show last night, that I went on line and took the pledge. I have never texted while driving because it costs extra on my phone plan, but I just don’t want to put other people in danger while driving. I work in the Parent Academic Resouce Center here at William Penn High School and I am the oldest graduate working in the building. Let me know if your tour comes out way. Thank you and God Bless.

I would like to help. My wife and I have been in the advertising/ publishing busness for a very long time. We used to do note book’s for high schools that the front cover was about “don’t drink and drive ” and “say no to drugs”. And the front cover would also have illustrations. We would donate a thosand notebooks to the high schools for them to pass out to all of the students. They were paid for by local people in that town where the high sghool was located that advertised in the note book. If you would permit us to do this for you, we would donate part of the money we made from the advertisers to your foundation. Can you please let me know if their is an interest on your part. Hi Brown family,
I am an aunt of a boy who died on Jan 23,2011 I was in the process of creating a foundation I happened to turn on the channel to see do not text and drive. I am a firm believer in things happen for a reason. I need to speak with you. I want to start a foundation on the east coast like that of Alex in Texas. I had chills when watching. The wound is brand new and very raw. I am just a Mom and I am compelled to make change in our community. Marcus had over 2500 people at his wake. This is a boy who touched many lives. I like yourselves do not want any other family to experience the anguish and despair we are feeling right now. I am not really a technically savvy person at all! I need help. I have the drive and fortitude to help as many who will listen . I however am at a loss as to where to start to be heard. I would love to hear advice as to where to begin. I was touched by the show. I need that to hit home in our nearby towns, and beyond….. Marcus like Alex was the person everyone loved. He had a way with people. His smile could melt you. I need him to leave a legacy. This will help, as well as heal all involved in this tragedy.I would like to join your fight. Thank you so very much!

i would really like to have a RAB band to wear and spread the awareness about this. i want to influence my friends at school to wear them also but i cannot find wear to buy them at anywhere on any website so if someone could get back to me about this it would be awesome
