We live over in Phenix City, AL but Stacey works at a local restraunt where she met some of the ExtremeHome Makeover team and was excited when she told me what she had found out and how we could Volunteer. 30. Miya Leonard says:

I would like to congratulate Coach Williams and Mrs. Williams and their family on receiving this wonderful blessing. They are both wonderful people…Coach Williams used to lead our FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) at Manchester High when I was there and Mrs. Williams was my biology teacher. They were some of the nicest teachers in the school. It is extremely rewarding to be able to witness the love and support that this community has provided the Williams family and they are very deserving of the wonderful gifts that they are receiving. I pray that God continues to strengthen them and bless them! Their story is definitely a living testimony.

  31. Kim Parks says:

I feel like I’ve been obsessed with these email updates for the past week! This is such a wonderful and exciting opportunity for this area and such a blessing to the Williams family. I taught for several years with Jeremy and Jennifer and we spent a lot of good times together! These people are, hands down, two of the greatest people you could find…. and probably the strongest! But they always let it be known that it’s only through God that they are able to have such strength. Their faith is amazing. I am definitely a better person for having had them as a part of my life. They have blessed so many people and it is absolutely fitting that they have such a blessing bestowed upon them. I was so humbled by the outpouring of volunteers….and proud. I think of West Central Georgia as a rural area – and was amazed that even though I thought I signed up to volunteer rather quickly, I didn’t have a spot! I know of many, many people who were also eager to help. I know this entire experience will be a wonderful testimony of what God can do. Jeremy and Jennifer’s testimonies were inspiring before they had children, before Jacob’s diagnosis, and before Jeremy’s diagnosis…. and now their struggles and the way they face them- all with God- is a continuous testimony for everyone they meet. I can’t wait to see that magnified for everyone watching national television to witness. God bless the workers, volunteers and everyone involved in this project. God bless the Williams – I love you guys!

  32. Bryan R says:

Can anybody tell me what time on Saturday they will be presenting the home to the family?

  33. Patty Hindsman says:

Just got in from volunteering, man what a great feeling. All of the people are so friendly and all of the volunteers that I met were just ecstatic to be there. It is just a great feeling to know that such a wonderful family is getting a truly wonderful home. The Park family has been out in full force and have really enjoyed being there and working in any way that they could. Thank-you so much EHM and Palm Harbor Homes, they will appreciate everything that you did. I can’t wait to see the show. Hope to be there when they say, “MOVE THAT BUS!”. It’s going to be an awesome show. God bless everyone who had a hand in making this possible.

  34. Salli &Katie Rees says:

We (mother and daughter) have been watching your show since the beginning and are so glad that you picked such a deserving family as the Williams for this makeover. As a teacher I know how hard Coach Williams works and as a mother can only imagine the challenges that his wife faces each day as she takes care of her two children and helps out her husband. My family is from the area and has helped volunteer this week – the experience has been such a blessing for them. Thanks for providing such an inspirational show for us to watch and for allowing volunteers to be involved in the process! Welcome home, Williams familiy!!
