My first night sleeping in our new home, I was very comfortable when I woke up. I had not turned the heat on yet. It was 65 degrees inside the home and I was shocked that it was 38 degrees outside! The dog’s water dish had ice on it! The whole home stays the same temperature with the circulation design. We typically paid $200 per month in CA for our utility bill. I know without a doubt our bill will be much less in Oregon this winter. We really love our new home and would recommend the team in Phoenix/Medford Palm Harbor to everyone!

I thought to myself, ‘When I retire, I’m going to continue keeping “green” as much as I can. Well, that retirement came in 2006. And when I purchased my Palm Harbor Modular Home from Jonathan Prescott and Tammy Burris in Newton, NC, I knew I had found my energy efficient and “green” quality home! I researched everything! And now my retirement is financially better just from the electric savings alone! I am so very pleased with the home and the staff who guided me along the way. Truly professionals!
Thanks, Jonathan and Tammy!

I bought my home in 2007 from John Mckiernan in Millersburg Oregon. My home is an energy effecient 1566 Sq. foot Mckenzie. It has dual pane windows as well as Energy Star appliances. My electric bill is as low as $40.00 amonth and never more than $80.00. When I lived in So. California my bills were higher than $150.00 a month. I plan on buying a larger Palm Harbor home in the future!!
Thank You Palm Harbor,
Mary Romero

We keep our A/C set on 80 during the day and 76 at night. Our highest electric bill was $103 this very hot summer. Temperatures in mid to upper 90’s every day. We have our fans set on low and use them mostly at night.
Thank to our salesman, Nick Taylor.

I bought a Palm Harbor Home in plant city florida and placed it on my property in the keys,
Islamoroda Florida. I have seen countless
block homes destroyed by hurricanes and my home has held up, not even missing any shingles. The energy effeciency is outstanding. We drove over 5 hrs to be able to
take the factory tour and see the decor center. It was well worth the trip. No other sales center compared to what we saw at the factory.
I would highly recommend anyone go to plant city, they have outstanding customer service-
before and after the sale.

We’ve been very pleased with our new Palm Harbor home. Ted Brabham in Texarkana did a fabulous job as a salesman. We have seen energy savings immediately,. We have been very impressed with the quality construction of the home, which undoubtedly contributes to lower energy costs.
