New 2017 Palm Harbor Homes Models Are Here!

New Urban Homestead Manufactured Home by Palm Harbor HomesThe Urban Homestead is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,736 square foot double section 2017 model Palm Harbor manufactured home.

At our recent 2017 New Product Show for the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and New Mexico area, Palm Harbor unveiled the new, innovative product line of manufactured homes and modular homes for the coming year.  These new models were all designed and decorated with a focus on combining the rustic, reclaimed style of a comfortable farmhouse with the classy, chic design of an urban loft or modern home.

Modern Meets Farmhouse

Light, bright and airy was the dominant feel of the new models with lots of light-colored cabinetry, sleek hardware, cool floating entertainment centers, earthy, reclaimed wood accent walls, stainless steel farm sinks and free-standing tubs. Large windows with no grilles enhanced views and seemed to enlarge the living spaces. Unexpected conveniences abounded, such as useful “pop up” charging stations in kitchen islands, energy saving LED lights, and even a handy little “Sweepovac” at the baseboard level to eliminate that “pesky line” of dirt the dust pan leaves behind.  All of these were added bonuses in these beautiful manufactured home models.

Your website sucks- looking for 2/2 – been out to your plant you make nice homes- what’s the deal-

  2. I’d like some pricing info on the 3/2 Urban Homestead models as shown in the video. Do you have the model at your North Austin showroom yet? Also, I would probably like it in River Ranch? I keep receiving and replying to Eddie’s emails but don’t get answers. You may call 708-710-6507. Thank you!!
