Retail General Managers are critical to Palm Harbor's success. They are leaders for the sales team, the primary contact for lenders and an important liaison with our customers. Our Retail General Managers wear many hats, requiring skills in leadership, sales management and customer service. Preparation is the key to success in this demanding position.

Palm Harbor provides a six-month Manager-in-Training program for talented people who have demonstrated abilities to succeed as Retail General Managers. This program is designed to provide training on the crucial areas for success as a Retail General Manager, including:
