My Career:

I started out in customer service where I was later promoted to Customer Service Manager, in the Retail Operations department was given the opportunity to help with the auditing group. When they created the Governance department, I was able to move with the group in an administrative role. Last year I got the opportunity to become an Auditor.

My Contribution:

Internal Audit for SOX and Retail Audits

My Advice:

That I love my job and that it has given me lots of opportunity for growth. It has also allowed me to go back to school to get my degree. I love what I do and the people that work here.

My Opportunity:

I was actually laid off and found the job on Monster. I thank my previous employer daily for that; otherwise I might not have found this job.

My Hobbies:

Spend time with my family and friends (most of whom are co-workers).

My Travel:

As a retail auditor I get to travel to our various sales locations. It is great getting to see what all the homes we build look like in other regions and to meet the people that work there.

My Moment:

When Mr. Keener gave me the weekly award that is passed around. To have him thank me for a great job was inspiring.
