My Career:

I worked for a site built contractor for 4 years before coming to Palm Harbor. I started in the sawmill, cutting all the pre-cut materials for the production line. I moved up to team leader over several different areas, before becoming a supervisor and then Assistant Production Manager.

My Contribution:

Ensure that production goals and quality standards are meet, while providing a work environment where all associates can say “this is the best job they ever had”.

My Advice:

Palm Harbor is a company that has a lot of room for career growth, if you choose to work hard and be committed.

My Opportunity:

I followed my father into the manufactured home business.

My Motivation:

I love to be challenged every day and this industry provides new challenges almost daily.

My Hobbies:

Playing golf and coaching travel baseball.

My Accomplishment:

Working my way up to becoming production manager.
