I have been in sales for 33 years. I started in automotive finance and insurance. Since then I have moved into real estate and home sales.

My Contribution:

I develop and maintain a client base though sales and marketing.

My Advice:

My Opportunity:

I joined Palm Harbor because I saw a strong market in Florida and career growth potential. Also, PHH is a reputable company.

My Motivation:

I stay at PHH because if the income potential. Also, I see that there is room for growth in the modular market.

My Accomplishment:

I finished 11th in the country in the final ranking.

My Schedule:

My day is busy, busy, busy; never a dull moment.

My Recommendation:

To do my job, someone must have a motivated and positive attitude, integrity, patience, persistence, vision and drive.

My Moment:

Making President’s Club and going on the company trip to Hawaii.
