HOMEBUYER ALERT! Financing Guidelines are changing Jan 1st!

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has announced that the following changes will be made on January 1, 2014, to tighten the agency's lending requirements for new home financing. THIS MEANS THAT YOU COULD VERY WELL QUALIFY TODAY FOR A LOAN, however after January 1st you may not.

   1)     Tighter Lending standards and Higher seller costs passed on to home buyers

   2)     Increased monthly payments for home owners

The new higher seller costs and increased mortgage costs are expected significantly raise the cost of an FHA mortgage after January 1, 2014.

Act Now To Save Thousands!  To beat this increase, you need to have the following ASAP:

      -         Land Under Contract

      -         Home Under Contract

      -         FHA Case Number Assigned
