I would like to take the time to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude towards the Palm Harbor team in Victoria Texas. My fiance and I went there just to kind of get ideas and a ballpark estimate on prices for different manufactured homes. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we were going to wake up that morning and find our future home. As soon as we entered the door, we were greeted by JR who from the very beginning has been nothing short of wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He was also very professional in the way he presented himself and how he went about his business. We had told him our interests and a list of what we were looking for in a home and he immediately put together a list of homes, which he then showed us, that met those wants. We decided on a home and from that moment on he and his manager Dylan have been beyond understanding and conscious of all of our questions and concerns through the buying process. They never are hesitant to answer any of our questions, no matter what time of day, and have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to assist us. We cannot thank them enough for all that they have done and continue to do for us, and I HIGHLY recommend this team if your are looking for a home in the Victoria area. They are very good at what they do!

I am writing you to let you know how our Palm Harbor Modular home fared in the recent Hurricane Harvey on 25 August 2017. Our second home in Rockport, Texas, is a Palm Harbor Guadalupe model we purchased from Palm Harbor in Corpus Christi about 10 years ago, and it came out beautifully. It withstood winds up to 140 miles winds with no damage. After we inspected the home on 30 August, we were amazed how intact the outside and inside the home was. We cannot say enough good things about our Palm Harbor home, how it was built and how it fared through Hurricane Harvey. We feel truly blessed and kudos to Palm Harbor Homes.
