AccuTrack Frameless Building System
A unique advantage of a Cavco - Millersburg home is our off-frame building process. The laser-leveled track system in our four acre building facility allows homes to roll smoothly across the factory floor. This ensures walls, floors and countertops are not subjected to a non-level construction surface and the construction adhesives, grouts, paint and caulking are applied before lifting the home on to its transportation frame.
While other manufactured home builders struggle to build a strong and square home on a flexing steel sub frame, Cavco - Millersburg builds accuracy into our process.
